No. Vietnam Visa by BDA is a private visa-handling service operated by BDA Tech & Media JSC in Hanoi. We submit applications to the Vietnam Immigration Department on your behalf. The official government portal is at evisa.gov.vn, and we are not affiliated with it. What we add is application review, error correction, urgent processing tiers, and English-language support, so you don't have to navigate the process yourself.
Normal processing is 5 to 10 business days. Urgent is 2 business days (+$45). Super Urgent is 1 business day (+$85). Times start from when our team submits the application to Vietnam Immigration, which is typically within 2 hours of your payment.
It depends on your passport. Citizens of 12 European countries plus the UK, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and several others have 45-day visa-free entry until 2028. ASEAN nationals get 14 to 30 days visa-free. Everyone else, including US, Canadian, Australian, and Indian citizens, needs an eVisa. See our eligibility index to check your status.
Our team reviews every application before submitting. We'll email you to correct typos, mismatched passport details, or other issues before anything is filed with Immigration. This hands-on review is exactly what your service fee pays for.
If your application or entry is declined, we refund you the full amount you paid us. If we determine your application can't be approved before we submit, we refund in full. To cancel for free, email us within 5 to 10 minutes of applying; once your approval letter is issued, the visa fee is non-refundable. See our Terms and Conditions.
