How to pay for your Vietnam eVisa, and what to do if a card payment doesn't go through.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB, all processed securely through the OnePay security system.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments are processed via Verisign and Verified by Visa, with all personal and financial information protected through encrypted, secure servers.

If Your Card Payment Is Declined

If your card payment is declined, it's typically due to one of the following:

  • Online payments not being enabled with your bank.
  • Insufficient funds.
  • An incorrect card number.
  • An incomplete Verified by Visa (VbV) or MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) authentication step.

About Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code

VbV and MSC are security programs that verify you as the cardholder at the time of the transaction. After entering your card details, a pop-up will prompt you to enter a password issued by your bank.
